I want this type of post Democracy society in either A or B utopias above
In the meantime implement Post Neoliberal, Left Social Democrat (including pre policy regime SocDem) and Social (Democracy) Libertarianism (SocBert)/Neoclassical post libertarianism-Third Way policies until we reach that point while we use Left Minarchism along with an agonistic radical democracy and then this type of alternate to Liberal Democracyto slowly steer us in that direction to slowly steer us in that direction .
If we must stay in our static Capitalistic economy and cannot transition to socialism, we should aim for sovereign processes that limits the power of finance, transform production, ensure a wide wealth mutualistic predistribution and push for a more democratic configuration of our institutions.
So in that case then bite the bullet and settle either for Super Collective Capitalism (SupColCap) or the Nordic Model as the easiest and closet approximation to this , which I outline here
And if you reject even that, then the worst case scenario have the US implement an economy that fuses Democratic Capitalism (which Ronald Reagan supported and Michael J Fox supports now) with Paternalistic Conservatism (which the Conservative Party UK supports), as outlined here
Or if you can't get enough neoliberal Caitalism, then just fall into Left Acceleration
Left Acceleration means by accelerating Capitalism to it's absolute lowest point, a true socialistic society can finally pursue (in a way that would make Ayn Rand proud. Ayn Rand said that the moral purpose of one's life is the pursuit of one's own happiness [i.e rational egoism] and that the only social system consistent with this type of morality is a system that displays full respect for individual rights embodied in laissez-faire economic liberalism i.e freedom of economics)
This is because a full maturation of capitalism is the precondition for a socialist realization . To quote Rosa L “ Capitalism, as a result of its own inner contradictions, moves toward a point when it will be unbalanced, when it will simply become impossible”
The highest stage of development Capitalism would need to become a singular aspect of all of society and develop so extremely that our society does a 180 to become a Left Wing socialistic society
But before we do Left Acceleration we would need a stronger democratic and civil society since economic liberalization is only sustainable to left accelerate us with strong democratic and civil society in place. Negative rights and free markets can be compatible in such specific scenarios and cases, and also complementary, to the concepts of Social Justice.
Become Anti Capitalist (including Anti rainbow Capitalist). Become more Anti psuedo 'Socialist' (ie be even more against Liberal 2.0 economics)
Republicans realize that Mutualism/Left Libertarian/Market-oriented left libertarianism/Left Wing Free market anarchist-Benjamin Tuckerite economics retain the classical liberal ideas of self ownership and free markets. So that's one reason you should embrace that type of left wing socioeconomic ideology

It is also wrong for Liberal 2.0ers to use Christianity like dogma to demonize their political opponents worshipers
Dr Thomas Sowell says that Liberal 2.0ers do not find their opponents in error, but in sin.
To them, the Left Wingers, Blue Dog Democrats, Independents and Republicans/Right are not merely wrong or mistaken in their political ideology, but somehow evil for having one at variance with theirs.
Moreover, being “woke” is like being in a religion with no path for redemption. No matter how right your thinking, you will always be wrong due to past failings.
So you Republicans maybe should use Liberal 2.0 Christian like political dogma/wokeness as mentioned above and embrace this type of moral puritanism (can't beat the Liberal 2.0 'moral puritans' join them) instead and downplay Christianity like the Republicans did pre 1970s , that would be an easy and painless makeover for ya'll since that would be a natural progression for you Republicans from Christianity toward left wing socioeconomics like Socialism which should be your end goal.
Thus it would be a step in the right direction for you Republicans
Many forms of Socialism are a later form of Christianity. There might be genealogical" afilliation between Christianism and many forms of Socialism
Embrace Leninist type of Protestant values and work ethic
Vladimir Lenin was fond of the Protestant values and work ethic aphorism by John Smith: "He who does not work, neither shall he eat?" So you can use that thought and inspiration in your policies
The Protestant work ethic could contribute to the success of a Republican socialistic (i.e left wing socioeconomic) society every bit as well as well as a capitalist society.

Embrace local technocrat conglomerate webs being run similar to the way Steve Sisolak wants tech companies to run have a role in society (using Social Corporatism fused with LLC solidarism and co-ops, with national directors that Mark Zuckerberg would idealize representing these enclaves). This includes embracing technological determination
This is because by allowing a tech company like political model as mentioned above to have a vital role in local governance, economic development and advances in technology would accelerate. Plus this would allow tech companies themselves to get involved officially in the political sphere instead so they can be regulated better.
There would be crackdowns to prevent any Tech businesses from developing a monoculture of political correctness, overkill idpol , postmodernity and Leninism 4.0, since tech would have a more vital role within this society than in our society. This would include going after private equity executives and others who uphold these ideologies whatever informal voluntary security squads that exist in these enclaves would prevent companies like Google from allowing non US superpower countries like China into researching things like their AI work
There would also be crackdowns on anti liberal policies at colleges and universities by the councils in this world .There would be anti-interventionism and skepticism towards state control of information. There would be a cyberpunk , Post Libertarian tilt to this
